What it checks

Wrong names — another pupil's name inside a report, the classic copy-and-paste slip.
Missing names — a report that never mentions its pupil.
Mixed pronouns — he and she in the same report.
Repeated sentences — the same line in several children's reports.
Length — reports far longer or shorter than the rest, or over your limit.
Leftovers — [NAME], XX, “insert”, doubled words, and American spellings.
