Check your reports before they go home

Paste your finished reports. In a second you'll see the mistakes parents notice: a classmate's name left in, he where you meant she, the same sentence in every child's report, and reports too long for the box. Free, with no sign-up.

Your reports

One report per block, with a blank line between them, or start each with the pupil's name on its own line. Two columns pasted from a spreadsheet (name, then report) work too.

Character limit per report Flag American spellings

Nothing you paste leaves this page. The checks run in your browser. There's no upload, no account and no analytics on this page. You can switch off your wifi and it still works.

What it checks

Wrong names: another pupil's name inside a report, the usual copy-and-paste slip.
Missing names: a report that never mentions its pupil.
Mixed pronouns: he and she in the same report.
Repeated sentences: the same line in several children's reports.
Length: reports far longer or shorter than the rest, or over your limit.
Leftovers: [NAME], XX, “insert”, doubled words and American spellings.

Writing them is the long part
