Report Alchemy is a small company. We hold no ISO 27001 or Cyber Essentials certification and have not commissioned an external penetration test, and we would rather you knew that now than at the end of a term's trial. What we do have is a deliberately tiny data model, encryption in transit and at rest, no stored passwords at all, a database that refuses unencrypted connections, and one-click erasure and export for every teacher. Automatic deletion on the retention period is not yet switched on, and the data protection page says so rather than implying otherwise.
