Paste one of your reports
Use a progress report you have already sent to a parent. Report Alchemy learns its headings, their order and your style, and every report after follows them. There is nothing to build.

A line of notes per student
All your students on one screen, one row each. Type a few words, or paste the rows from a spreadsheet, then press one button. Each report is saved as soon as it is written.

Read, refine, send
Edit any report, or refine it in plain English, such as “make it warmer”. Refining is free. Then copy them all at once, or download them as a Word document.
Every half-term
Next half-term starts from this one.
Each report is kept with the student. When you write again, tick one box and the new report builds on the last.
If your new notes say how a student got on with last time's target, the report says so, in fresh words. It does not repeat the last report's phrasing. When a student stops, you can delete them and everything about them yourself.

Data protection
Where your students' details go.
Parents trust you with their children's details. This is what happens to them.
- Stored in Google Cloud's London region, encrypted in transit and at rest.
- On by default: the names of students you add are replaced with a code before anything leaves our servers, then put back.
- Reports are written by OpenAI in the US. Nothing you enter is used to train AI models.
- Delete a student, and everything about them, yourself at any time.
Names inside a report you paste are not detected, so take them out before you paste it.

Does it work for tutors, or only for schools?
It works for tutors. Reports are written from your notes in the format of the report you paste, so they follow your progress reports rather than a school's. The app itself talks about pupils and classes: a class can simply be all your students, or one group.
I teach different subjects and ages. Can I have more than one format?
Yes. Paste one example of each kind of report you send and keep each as its own format. You choose the format each time you write.
Will the reports sound like me?
They follow the headings and style of the report you paste. Read and edit every report before it goes to a parent: you know the student, and the AI only knows your notes.
What does it cost?
