Thirty full reports — enough for a whole class — with every feature included. No card, and nothing expires. That covers teaching your school's format to Report Alchemy from a report you have already written, writing a whole class in one sitting, AI suggestions and refining a draft.

For one teacher writing their own classes, yes — write as many reports as you need, all year. There is a fair-use ceiling of 1,500 reports a year purely to stop a single login being shared across a whole department. If you are anywhere near that, you want a school licence and it will cost your school less per teacher.

You keep the full year you paid for — cancelling stops the renewal, it does not cut off your access. When the year does end you drop back to the free tier and keep every report and format you have created. To cancel, go to Profile → Account & Settings.

Yes. School licences are invoiced rather than paid by card, and we can work to your purchase-order process and financial year. Use the School Plans tab above to get in touch and we will send a quote along with our data processing agreement.

We replaced them. “240 credits” told you nothing about how many reports you could actually write, and the old plans were genuinely confusing — the one-off pack gave the same allowance as a month of the subscription. Everyone’s existing balance was converted to reports at the old rate, and nobody ended up with fewer than the 30 a new account gets.

Your data is stored in the UK, in Google Cloud’s London region, and is never used to train AI models. Report Alchemy only ever asks for a pupil’s first name — and with pseudonymised generation switched on, even that never reaches our AI provider. Every sub-processor is named in our privacy policy, our Article 28 data processing agreement is published and signable online, and everything else a DPO needs is at report-alchemy.com/data-protection.
